Managing Director

Mark is the founder and Managing Director of the reformed Crandale. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His background includes Project Management and the population of asset management systems. Mark’s vision of bringing together the best of engineering expertise and the latest, effective technology is at the core of Crandale’s offering. Outside of work, Mark’s passions include fine dining, a good bottle of wine and game-shooting.

Operations Manager

Mike joined the reformed Crandale during the early set up stages and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of our services. Mike also manages the development of the processes and software tools utilised by Crandale. With over 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, predominantly in project managing CMMS development, including asset register, maintenance strategy and job plan development, criticality studies, maintenance optimisation and spare parts analysis. Mike places a great importance on the team’s ability to meet high quality standards, from communication, execution, handover to carry forward.

Office Manager

Jen joined Crandale when the company was reformed. She has a background in Accountancy and has been in the oil and gas industry for over 10 years. Jen manages all office administration for the company, including HR and QHSE Management. She has assisted in many Maintenance Build projects, providing admin support from the tendering process to project setup and delivery.
