Verification Manager
CRANDALE CONSULTANTS HAVE DEVELOPED A SOFTWARE AUDIT TOOL CALLED 'VERIFICATION MANAGER'. THE TOOL IS USED TO STORE QUESTIONS BASED ON PROCEDURES OR STANDARDS AND TRACK NON-COMPLIANCE.
	Verification Manager is used for quality assurance, auditing for compliance with legislation or checking compliance with internal work procedures. The software offers users the following features: Storage and revision of question templates A library of checklists containing results of examinations An action reporting system to track non-compliance Readily visible management reports Integration into most computerised management systems Our methodology is to enter standard sets of questions called templates into the database as dictated by the application.
A Specific template is then copied each time an audit is carried out. This copy is called a checklist which is then saved in the database. Answers to the checklist which are non-compliant automatically generate a Recommended Action. The work to be carried out rectify theis problem is then tracked by the software. Where necessary the software is linked to a planning module which can be used to manage the resource allocation for such work.
